Registration for 2018

Bergslagsleden in five days is an all inclusive running-race held along the 280 kilometer long Bergslagsleden Trail form 31st of July to 4th of August 2018. The race is open for pairs or individuals. If you wish to participate in the race in pair but can’t find a partner. We will then do our best to help you find one.

For the 2018-edition we have a limit of 20 participants. When the 20 spots are taken we will have a waiting list. If a team or induvidual with a spot for some reason can’t participate the first team or induvidual on the list will be contacted, and so on.

The registration fee is 12 000 SEK for a team and 6 000 SEK for a individual. When you or your team is registered you will receive information about when and where you should pay the fee.

The registration is not complete until we have recieved your payment.

Last day to enter the race is July 16th.

If you wish to cancel your participation in ”Bergslagsleden in 5 days” money can be returned according to the following regulations:

When cancelling before the 1 of May 2018 we can return 75% of the total amount.
Cancelling between 1st of May and 16th of June 25% can be returned, however if your spot is taken by a team or individual from the waitinglist or a newly signed up team or individual 75% will be returned.
From the 16th of June you get 75% back if your spot is taken by a team or individual from the waitinglist or new team or individual. If not, the registration fee can’t be returned.
A Team always have the right to change the name of one of it’s team members .

The following is included in the registration fee:

On Monday afternoon, July 30st – Car/buss transit from Örebro (central station or long term car park) to the first camp where you’ll have dinner and a race briefing.

During the five racedays the following will be included each day:

Breakfast
Transport to start
Two food packages
Support on five to seven places along the trail. The support will include bananas, nuts, water, juice, coffee and cola. Each participant will also receive their own support bag to fill with their preferred food
After the finish and a well deserved shower there will be dinner and a prize giving cermony

After the finish and dinner on day five you’ll be transported back to Örebro. We will also arrange transportation for any teams abandoning the race.
